1. Shipping Coverage

MIPA Industries ships MIPATEX products across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.
We also accept export and bulk shipment requests for international destinations, subject to applicable customs and freight policies.

2. Dispatch and Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed on the next working day.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product type, quantity, and destination.

  • Customized, bulk, or government-subsidized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro and Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

  • Remote or Hilly Regions: Up to 10–12 business days

  • Export Orders: Delivery time varies depending on destination, shipping mode, and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to courier network availability, local regulations, and unforeseen delays such as weather disruptions or transportation strikes.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, volume, and destination.

  • For certain products (e.g., pond liners, tarpaulins, large rolls), freight charges may be communicated separately.

  • Free shipping offers may apply on select products or promotions as displayed on the website.

  • For export or bulk orders, shipping costs are determined case-by-case and shared prior to dispatch.

5. Packaging and Handling

All MIPATEX products are securely packed using industrial-grade materials to ensure safe transit.
Our dispatch team conducts a pre-shipment quality inspection and uses tamper-proof packaging for added protection.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.

  • Real-time tracking via the courier partner’s website or the “My Orders” section on mipatex.in or the MIPATEX app.

For assistance in tracking delayed shipments, our support team is available during business hours.

7. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy in address, pin code, and contact details.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or unavailability, a re-delivery attempt will be made.

  • Any re-delivery or redirection charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.

  • Upon receiving the parcel, please verify the package for any visible damage before accepting it.

8. International Shipping (Exports)

For export and institutional orders, MIPA Industries provides shipping through registered freight forwarders and logistics partners.

  • Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.), based on the purchase agreement.

  • All export orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance regulations applicable in the destination country.

  • Shipping timelines and documentation (invoice, packing list, COA, etc.) will be communicated prior to dispatch.

9. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your order is undelivered or lost in transit:

  • MIPA Industries will coordinate with the logistics partner for investigation.

  • In confirmed cases of loss or non-delivery, a replacement or full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
