1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.

The wrong product or quantity has been received.

The customer wishes to return a non-defective item, provided it is unused and in original packaging.
Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all labels, accessories, and the invoice. Products that are used, installed, or altered are not eligible.
2. How to Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return or exchange by:

Include your order number, product details, and clear images of the product and packaging. Our team will arrange a pickup or issue a prepaid return label at no cost.
3. Return Cost and Method

Return Cost: Free — MIPA Industries covers all return shipping charges.

Return Method: Pickup by courier or through a prepaid return label.

In-Store Returns: Available at authorized MIPATEX outlets where applicable.
4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Amounts are credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer.

NEFT/IMPS refunds may take 3–5 additional days to reflect.
Refunds are released only after a successful quality inspection.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, provided they are unused and in original condition. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
6. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Returns or refunds are not accepted if:

The original packaging, invoice, or accessories are missing.

Damage occurs due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
7. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Retain the packaging and invoice until resolution.

8. Promotional or Discounted Products
Products bought during sales or promotions are eligible for return or exchange only if defective or damaged upon receipt.
