Mipatex Return and Exchange Policy (India)
At Mipatex, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Exchange Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for both defective and non-defective products.
1. Return Eligibility

Eligible Products:
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including items that are damaged upon arrival, incorrect orders, or due to customer preference (provided they meet the return conditions). -
Condition of Returned Products:
Products must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories, labels, and the invoice. Damaged, used, or altered products are not eligible for return. -
Return Window:
- Online Store: Initiate returns by logging into your account on our online store.
- Email: Alternatively, initiate returns within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@mipatex.in with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and invoice.
2. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchange Window:
Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. -
Product Condition for Exchange:
Products must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, tags, and documentation (e.g., invoice).
3. Return Methods and Fees
We aim to make the return process as seamless and cost-free as possible.

Return Methods:
- By Mail: Email us at support@mipatex.in with details, and we will guide you through the return process. Alternatively, ship the product back to us via mail.
- In-store (if applicable): Return products at a Mipatex store, if available.
- Through Our Online Store: Log in to your account, navigate to the "Orders" section, select the product, and follow the prompts to request a return. A return label will be provided.

Return Label:
You can log in to your account on our online store and follow the instructions to generate a return label. A prepaid return label will also be sent digitally for returns processed through our online store. No shipping fees apply for returns. -
Restocking Fees:
There are no restocking fees for returned items.
4. Refund Processing

Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. -
Refund Method:
Refunds are made via bank transfer or credited to the original payment method.- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment account.
- For NEFT refunds, allow 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
5. Conditions That Void Return/Exchange Eligibility
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is used, damaged, or altered.
- The product is returned without its invoice.
- The product is returned without its original packaging.
- The return request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Damage due to improper use, neglect, or incorrect application is not covered by this policy.
6. Impairment & Damages
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

- Do not use the product.
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Keep the invoice and original packaging.
7. Promotions and Offers
Mipatex reserves the right to cancel ongoing or future promotions, offers, sales, gifts, and giveaways on products without any prior notice or liability.
