At MIPA Industries, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and process for cancelling orders placed through our website (mipatex.in) or MIPATEX mobile app.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) and the Information Technology (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch:
  Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  No cancellation fee will be charged if the product has not yet been processed or shipped.

• After Dispatch:
  Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return or exchange as per our [Return & Refund Policy].

• For Customized or Bulk Orders:
  Cancellation is not permitted once production or dispatch has started for customized or bulk orders, unless mutually agreed upon in writing.

To request cancellation, contact our support team via phone or email with your order number and cancellation reason.

2. Order Cancellation by MIPA Industries

MIPA Industries reserves the right to cancel an order, in full or in part, under the following circumstances:

• Product is out of stock or discontinued.

• Pricing or typographical errors on the website or app.

• Incomplete or unverifiable payment information.

• Orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious by our payment gateway or system.

• Force majeure events, logistics disruption, or regulatory restrictions.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Refund Timeline

For cancelled orders (by customer or company), refunds are initiated within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
Depending on the payment method, the credited amount may reflect in your account within 7–10 working days.

4. Modification of Orders

Changes such as quantity, address, or product variation are allowed only before dispatch. Once shipped, modification requests cannot be accepted.

5. For Marketplace Orders

If you purchased MIPATEX products through third-party platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.), cancellations must be processed according to their respective policies.
MIPA Industries will not directly handle cancellations initiated through external marketplaces.

6. Export Orders

For export or international trade orders, cancellation or modification requests must be raised within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Once goods are in production, packed, or handed to logistics, cancellation is not permitted.

Refunds for export orders (if applicable) are processed after deducting any administrative, banking, or freight-related charges.
